Wearing a skimpy micro bikini exposes your skin to extreme sunlight which can darken areas of your skin that already have a darker tint to them. The area in between your thighs and the area around the bottom of your buttocks are parts of your body that may seem darker than the other parts of your body. Here are a few tips on how to safely and naturally lighten those areas so your skin tone will look even when you decide to strut your stuff in your tiny swimsuit.
Avoid Sunlight
Don't expose your skin to direct sunlight. The sun is attracted to dark colors and it will further darken those areas of your skin that you are trying to lighten and smooth out.
Use Sunblock
When going out into the sun, use a sunblock to keep the sun from penetrating those areas of your skin that you don't want getting darker. Choose a sunblock with a high SPF number (Sun Protection Factor).
Drink Water
Drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated while you are going through the process of lightening it up.
Papaya Soap
Papaya soap is natural and using it regularly will help to lighten your skin. Use it at least twice a day, once in the morning and once at night. Keep your skin moisturized because it can dry your skin out.
Lemon Juice
Take some lemon juice with some yogurt and mix it up together and apply it to your skin. It acts as a mild bleaching solution which will safely lighten your skin. Pay attention to any irritation and stop using if your skin is very sensitive. Use aloe vera gel afterwards to keep your skin moist and hydrated.
Milk
Pour some milk into a bowl, grab a rag or towel and dip it into the milk, then apply to your skin. Milk is a natural skin lightener and doesn't dry out your skin. It's not going to happen overnight but with regular use, you will see some slight results.
Vitamins
Take vitamin supplements to keep your skin hydrated and moisturized. Dry skin causes discolorations which makes your skin appear darker in some areas.
If you have naturally dark skin, then sit back and enjoy the benefits. Use these techniques only if you have light skin and want to have an even skin tone for those bikini areas all over your body for when you venture out at the beach.
