After an orientation, applicants are required to attend at least 4 weeks of training and with passable marks, will begin answering live calls next to supervisors.
With call centers at the top of the business industry, more people strive to join in providing customer service and competing with hundreds of other companies. In reality, the only companies that will survive are those with quality customer service and friendly communication skills. A call center with friendly and intelligent agents is most likely to be called repeatedly.
