Most of the shampoos for hair loss on the market claim to do different things but all of them claim to be gentle for your scalp.
Most of the shampoos remove sebum build-up which can clog the hair follicles and inhibit hair growth. The usually have minerals and various proteins with vitamins that will help in keeping your hair healthy.
Baldness is a problem for many men. There are a number of reasons that may cause excessive hair thinning.
In men it can occur due to some illness, after major surgery, vitamin deficiency, stress, medications, etc. Excessive coloring, styling or heat and chemical treatments can damage hair and cause breakage even after taking proper hair care.
No matter what the cause is, balding or thinning hair is a problem which can't be an easy thing to go through.
Do you get worried seeing those extra hairs in your comb? When you wake up in the morning are there more and more hairs on your pillow?
Thinning hair shampoos may if nothing else, make your scalp healthier and maybe slow down your hair from falling out quite so much.
How To Apply Hair Thinning Shampoo.
When applying shampoo it is always best to first pour some in your hands, then gently start massaging it into your scalp. Using your fingertips gently loosen and relax the flakes and rub you scalp to increase and stimulate the blood circulation.
Try and only use your fingertips and not fingernails. They have a tendency to scratch your scalp.
Always shampoo your hair with warm water and rinse with cool. Just like in washing your face warm water will open your pores and get the dirt out, and cool water will help them to close up to their normal size.
When you are finished washing your hair, use your towel and blot your wet hair. Do not try and rub it vigorously, that only will weaken your hair and pull out more hair.
Do thinning hair shampoo's work.
Yes and No.
They do not hurt your hair and washing your hair correctly can promote healthy scalp.
But they do not address the main problem of the losing of your hair which it DHT in the scalp.
DHT is a hormone found in testosterone, which when it builds up in the scalp, prevents any nutrients getting to the hair follicles.
The acidity of the scalp does not cause a problem on its own. That also pertains to the condition of your scalp. Unless of course you are suffering from a serious skin condition which should be treated medically.
Dandruff has never been connected to hair loss, and sebum only has a small effect on the loss of hair.
Healthy blood flow to the scalp for the hair follicles to make hair is what is needed.
What will prevent hair loss.
Well a alternative is a natural hair rub you can make at home.
By using ingredients that have been used for centuries and have positive results.
Like a drug, herbal tonics can circulate the blood flow in the scalp and help unclog the DHT.
When you do that you allow your existing hair to get the nutrients to make it grow back thicker. If you have a bald spot that is less then a couple years old, that also can benefit from a herbal tonic to encourage new hairs to grow.
The best benefit when using this method there is not dangerous side effects
