In the Costa del Sol coast, you will find the city of Malaga which is located in the southern side of Spain. It is now the fifth biggest city in Spain with its rich natural resources as seen in the mountains, rives and hills. Malaga is a place to visit anytime of the year as the weather is very tourist-friendly. Fill your tummy with the many cuisines offered in Malaga. Seafood, fish and shellfish dishes are bestsellers for locals and tourists alike. You can also taste the unique sweet wine and pastries for your meal’s starter and finale, respectively. When you dine in a Malagan restaurant, do not fail to try the Alfajor and Mantecados and feel the almonds, shrimps, squid and other ingredients in these dishes.
Art and Culture Appreciation
If you know Pablo Picasso, you probably are a lover of art. He was born in this city and a museum is named after him to exhibit his precious and great works of art. With the 200 paintings in exhibit at the Museum of Picasso, your eyes will be truly pleased and amazed with the great talent of this well-known artist.

There are many places to appreciate and enjoy in Malaga. You can visit the many churches that show the beauty of religious architecture. The Cathedral of the Encarnation, Bishop’s Palace and St. James Church are some of the places that you should not miss. For the secular side, you can go to the Gibralfaro and see the stunning castles that will make you in awe and full appreciation.
If you want to see the marvelous works of art and architecture, Malaga is the right destination. You will feel the true Spanish history, culture and heritage as you walk along the streets. You will also enjoy the food that Malaga prepares for its people and the tourists. There are a lot of places to enjoy. Your stay will be worth it. You wouldn’t even think of leaving as you start to feel the wonderful aura and atmosphere of unique Spanish life in Malaga.
