Instead, they concentrate more on high protein and high carbohydrate meals. Whole wheat bread, 7 grain bread and pumpernickel are also good sources of this nutrient. The dried figs, green beans Lima beans and lentils are also fine choices.

You would be surprised to discover that potatoes are also an excellent source of fiber. Peas as well as sweet corn can also give you sufficient quantities of the nutrient.
