Best Breakfast burrito, Low Sodium Breakfast Burrito or Vegetarian Breakfast Burrito, if that's what your looking for, you found it.

We make our Breakfast Burrito using the Canary Island Garlic and Herb Olive Oil, it has only 15 mg of sodium and we use it on everything from Breakfast, to Lunch to Dinner at our restaurant, Cafe Latte Coffee House and Eatery.

To get started you will put 1 tbl of fat free refried beans, those don't have lard in them, and you will put it down the middle of the tortilla. Be sure to leave 1 inch from the edge so when you go to fold it you can tuck the ends in.

Top the beans with two scrambled eggs, or use egg beaters for a cholesterol free version. On top of the eggs, put fresh chopped sweet onions.

Next slice and dice fresh tomatoes, I like the roma tomatoes they are meatier. Add 4 to 5 slices of jalapenos and a mini handful of fresh chopped broccoli.

Drizzle the Canary Island Garlic and Herb Olive Oil over the ingredients. I prefer the Hot Splash, that's the spicy version of the Canary Island Garlic and Herb Olive Oil.

To roll the burrito. Take your fore fingers and tuck the ends in at the end of the beans. With your thumbs lift up the tortilla, the side closest to you. Fold over and begin rolling away from yourself.

Chef Secret

Be sure to roll it tightly, this is what will ensure that when you cut your burrito after it has baked, that all the ingredients will stay inside. Most people don't know this secret so they cut it and everything ends up on the plate.

Bake the burrito in a small toaster oven for 5 to 7 minutes till golden brown,

slice and add some more Hot Splash and serve. And stand back because they are gonna eat that up!

This is a fantastic breakfast for families on the go. Usually everyone is so busy in the morning the kids have to fend for themselves for breakfast. That always ends with cereal crumbs and milk all over the kitchen! With this Breakfast Burrito you can make it the night before using leftovers from dinner and refrigerate it. Now in the morning all the kids have to do is pop it in the toaster oven or microwave and POW! Breakfast without the mess.

It's also easy to grab and go and eat in the car on the way to soccer, football, ballet or wherever else your life might take you
