A lot of people have been told that their excess stomach fat is because they have a "slow metabolism".

But this is not completely true because your metabolism will naturally be slow at certain times, like when you sleep, and fast at others... like when you exercise.

Ok. So it's not a simple matter of having a slow metabolism.

The REAL reason that you have your excess stomach fat is that you have and "inefficient" metabolism.

This means that your body is not breaking down the food that you consume in an efficient manner.

As a result... You are storing elevated fat in certain areas.

Ok. So that's the real reason.

So how do you correct this?

Well. First and foremost, the only way I've found is by all natural methods.
