Have you ever wondered why you suffer with acne and others never have a problem?
I know I have and it's mainly due to how we eat and how we clean our skin. One of the biggest problems we have today is that we love fast food. It's the main cause of acne today and is mainly attributed to our diets and maybe our environment. But our diet has a lot to do with whether we develop skin problems or not. And yes, I agree that sometimes we are born with oily or dry skin that provokes cyst from developing.
Over the years, treatments weren't as common as they are today, things have changed. If you watch TV, which I'm sure you do, I'm sure you have seen an increase in skin care health commercials. Dermatologist and pharmaceutical companies also know there is a problem especially in the teenage group and young adults.
That's why there are so many new products on the market that deal with acne remedies.
There is no way of knowing just how many people suffer with this skin disorder, but if you take a look at the medicines and treatments on the market today, it suggest that there is a large amount of our population that are affected by cyst, blackheads, whiteheads, etc and they are all looking mainly for an acne remedy that will work for them.
Acne nodules or cyst are primarily caused as a result of your skin pores clogging up with bacteria, which is the direct result of having oily skin. Oily skin is caused by the sebaceous gland in your skin. This causes the bacteria which in turn causes the inflammations to appear or become infected. Most treatments fail to help people cure their pimple and blemishes for the simple fact that most treatments concentrate on getting rid of the symptoms and not what really causes the problem in the first place.
So, instead of focusing on the root of the problem, most home remedies for acne work toward scar removal and pimple drying, which doesn't provide the cure. Most creams and pimple treatments hardly work. You may have noticed that today people have made a shift from doctors and dermatologist to home remedies and natural cures to solve their cystic facial and body problems which are caused by the pores being clogged up by bacteria.
There are a several products on the market like Acnezine made by Revitol, which have been proven effective on clearing up acne cyst problems.
While many products on the market today are over stating their effectiveness, it has been proven that Acnezine is one of the best home remedies on the market today. Many people continue to suffer and just assume they will out grow it or they can clear up their acne by scrubbing their face to get it clean. This is totally useless, because it is not getting to the root of the problem. They need to eliminate the bacteria which are clogging the pores of their skin which is causing the problem in the first place.
Along with using any home acne remedies or over the counter products or dermatologist prescribed solutions; it is always best to change your diet and start eating healthier. Stop eating the foods that are oily and only compound the problems. Eat more fruits. The more fruits you eat in comparison to hot dogs, greasy sandwiches from the fast food chains the faster you can eliminate the acne cyst that make you look like someone took a red marker and dotted your face.
