The subconsciousness plays a very important role in regulating the way we live our lives and use our bodies. In fact, it can easily affect certain factors that will cause body pain and eliminate it as well. That's why learning how to affect the subconsciousness in order to provide pain relief is one of the most important things to do if you suffer from pain on a regular basis.
Although, at first it may sound like a very complicated thing to do, requiring professional help, dealing with the subconscious isn't that of a hard task at all. After all, we're sending signals and receiving feedback to and from it every second of our existence to the point that we simply don't notice interacting with it. So, the first step to subconscious pain relief is actually building up awareness and communication with the subconsciousness itself.
The main language of communication with the subconscious is the language of visualization statements. On one hand, it's a bit complicated because it's different from the affirmative and formal spoken language that we use even when thinking our thoughts (the inner voice), but on the other hand it's more natural and abstract, allowing the subconscious to perceive the signal and in turn affect the systems that are responsible for creating the painful sensations.
So it's up to you to learn how to visualize the problem area and what's more important - the better condition like if you're already feeling better. Of course, no one guarantees the effectiveness of Tramadol or other potent painkillers right from the start. But this way you will be able to manage most forms of both acute and chronic pain, and even nerve pain. Here are some steps in the subconscious pain relief process that can make you forget about using Tramadol at all:
-
Pain is a chemical reaction in the body and the brain. The nervous signals are transmitted from the affected area to the brain where they are treated as pain. So try visualizing that the intensity of these transmitted signals is reduced. The subconscious will automatically reduce the actual intensity if you manage to affect it.
-
Pain can take place in different zones of our body - muscles, tissues, joints, ligaments, etc - and visualizing the actual structure of the affected area may provide a certain degree of pain relief if done right.
-
Certain painful conditions such as arthritis or fibromyalgia are caused by the malfunction of the immune system. Visualizing the improvement in this system may provide consequent pain relief.
-
Hormonal imbalances lead to a wide range of health problems that may cause pain. So try to focus on the balance of hormones in your body when visualizing, in order to gain the desired pain relief.
-
Emotions can be a cause for dysfunctions in the body that lead to pain. So visualizing the better emotions and learning to relax through your subconscious can be a good way to manage pain.
-
Some foods can provoke inflammation or other harmful processed that cause pain. You can use your subconscious in order to identify which foods are actually harmful and exclude them from your diet.
-
Not getting enough sleep can also lead to pain and health complications. If you have sleep disorders try visualizing complete relaxation and leave the subconscious to do the rest of the job.
