There are some very effective home remedies that you can use to prevent hair loss. These home remedies are lot cheaper than over the counter products and natural supplements sold online and they can be just as effective. It is often a good idea to try a couple of home remedies before investing in expensive treatments.
Most people can learn how to avoid hair loss by applying these simple but highly effective home treatments. These home remedies are simple, all natural and safe. Most people will be able to prepare them right at home and apply them.
Before applying the home remedies it is best to try eating a diet that promotes health growth. Regularly consuming certain foods including salmon, tuna, lean red meat, eggs, fruits, vegetables, nuts and beans can encourage hair growth. These foods contain a good dose of the vitamins, minerals and proteins needed to grow hair.
Some Home Remedies for Hair Growth
•One of the best home remedies for hair growth is egg yolk. Eggs contain lots of protein and vitamin B which is vital for hair growth. Rubbing egg yolk into your scalp can give it the nutrition it needs. Leaving egg yolk in hair for a half hour as a conditioner a few times a week is also a good idea.
•Rubbing oils on your head helps as well. Massaging your scalp will relax it and encourage hair growth. Adding oils which provide nutrients can help this process. Almond oil, castor oil, coconut oil and olive oil can all be used for this massage.
•Fenugreek seed a natural supplement available online and at health food stores and natural grocers can help as well. Making a paste from this seed and leaving it on your head for a half a hour a few times a week can help.
•A paste made from honey, eggs and olive oil can help your head as well. Just leave it on your head for about a half a hour a few times a week.
•Pastes made from castor oil, eggs, vinegar and glycerin have achieved similar results.
The secret to these natural treatments is to massage your head thoroughly when you use them and leave them on your scalp for at least half an hour. One good time to do this is at night after dinner when you’re reading, playing video games or watching TV.
You should be able to find these ingredients at health food stores, natural grocers and some large chain grocers. Large chain grocers and discount stores will have better prices on these products. Natural ingredients can also be ordered online.
One danger you face when you put any product natural or other wise on your head is allergies. If any of these solutions start to sting, itch or hurt when you put them on your scalp wash them off immediately. That could be a sign of an allergic reaction which can make the situation worse.
If these suggestions don’t work for you keep trying until you find one that does. Many more home remedies for hair loss prevention can be found online and elsewhere.
