Hot and cold waxing for hair removal

Waxing is the way of removing unwanted hair from various parts of the body. There are hot and cold waxes available for different purposes. The concept is to apply a thin layer of warm wax to the skin in the direction of hair growth. A strip is put on that area and then pulled off rapidly in the opposite direction of hair growth. There is abrupt uprooting of hair through this process. There are two ways of waxing. One is that wax comes separately and can be applied on body part, strip applied on it and then taken off. The second way is to get pre-coated wax strips and directly apply on the skin in direction of hair growth. It is also pulled off in opposite direction. There are different strip sizes and shapes available for usage on various body parts.
Waxing is not a permanent method for hair removal. It removes the hair from root and then it takes a few weeks for hair to grow back in the waxed area. It is feasible to get almost any area of body waxed. These days, both men and women get their body parts waxed. There are many hygienic and cosmetic reasons associated with body waxing. Many sportspersons who have to get their body waxed for hassle free playing. There was traditional background associated with waxing and royal women used to pay stress on looking good and attractive. The concept of waxing originated during regime of Romans, Greeks and Egyptian empires.
The constituents of most of waxes include beeswax or paraffin, oils or resins for giving adhesive property in it. There are different techniques followed by experts for waxing. There are many things to take care after getting your body parts waxed. You should get a proper massage of body parts with a moisturizer having Vitamin E or olive oil extracts. You should try to avoid some activities like sunbathing, spa or hot tubs, swimming, perfume or deodorant application on the particular treated area.
You need to make sure that the wax you want to apply is warm and not too hot. If you have any skin or other problem, it is better to consult a doctor before your waxing session. If you have any abnormality like sunburns, lesions, abrasions, rashes or similar problems in the skin, don’t take risk on waxing on such areas. Brazilian Waxing will give you a little pain, but ultimately will be a good experience because you’ll be able to get rid of unwanted hair from your body parts.
Waxing should be given absolute care. There are many precautions to take after getting your body waxed. There are long lasting results ensured by waxing and you can enjoy smooth skin without any side effects to your body or skin. Some specialists give written or verbal advice after getting waxing sessions though them. It is important to take care of your skin first and then make decision about waxing your body parts. Don’t get waxing on areas like eyelashes, eyebrows, nipple surroundings and inner genitals.
