Benefits of Hemp Oil and Cream for Skin:
There are numerous benefits of using hemp extract. As mentioned above Hemp products are available in many ways. You can consume it or use it topically. For skin irritations, people mostly refer to hemp oil cream. Here are some benefits:
• Regulates Oil Production:
People uses many things for their oily skin. We know that oily skin causes acne. As many studies have shown, hemp extract has plenty of benefits. One of them is, it moisturizes the skin and prevents inflammation.

- Topical Use Of Hemp Oil:
You can use hemp oil or cream on the skin directly. It is recommended for use on pain, irritation or patchy skin.
Before using hemp oil or cream, it is always good to check first on a small area and see if you that particular product is sensitive to your skin. Occasionally there you may see a reaction on sensitive skins.
• Wash the area and dry it
• Rub hemp oil or cream on that area
• Cover it with a bandage for maximum 24hrs(bandage should not be wet)
