You can consume it daily, take 1 to 2 spoons directly or you can divide it into doses mean to take 1 spoon in the morning and another one in evening.
If you are not fond of the grassy taste of Hemp Oils, you can get them in capsule form or in gummy form as well. These are premeasured and you don’t have to worry about the taste!
- Topical Use Of Hemp Oil:
You can use hemp oil or cream on the skin directly. It is recommended for use on pain, irritation or patchy skin.
Before using hemp oil or cream, it is always good to check first on a small area and see if you that particular product is sensitive to your skin. Occasionally there you may see a reaction on sensitive skins.
• Wash the area and dry it
• Rub hemp oil or cream on that area
• Cover it with a bandage for maximum 24hrs(bandage should not be wet)
• If you observe any type of itching, redness, or irritation it means you have sensitive skin. Just remove the bandage and wash it with soap.
• If you don’t experience anything, then you can use it anywhere on the skin.
