E-foiling for good mental health

E-foiling (along with many of the foiling sub-disciplines) is a sport in its infancy as it has been around for just a few years at this point.

There are many aspects of e-foiling that carry themselves over into positive and healthy lifestyle improvements; including, but not limited to:

  • confidence building

  • stress management

  • improving balance – both physical and emotional

  • increasing energy levels naturally

  • increasing positivity and happiness

  • enhancing mental focus and attention

  • promoting healthy body-mind integration

  • revitalizing energy centers and life-force potency

  • establishing a mindset for success, and much more.

I am an avid watersports enthusiast, outdoors man, and practicing psychotherapist.
