Millions of people worldwide now suffer with eczema all over their body. A lot of people suffer rashes located in joint areas and on the arms and legs.

Quite a few people also suffer with eczema around their eyes. The problem with that is everybody can see your rash and when it irritates you, you can sometimes scratch away at your delicate eye area which can cause more problems.

The solution then is to eliminate it. And I suggest you do this from the inside out.

The best way to eliminate your eczema is to look at the foods you are eating and make some improvements.

One important aspect of looking at your food regime is to identify the foods you are eating that are beneficial to your health in general and your eczema in particular.

If you change the foods you are eating for say, four weeks, and keep a journal of the foods you are eating I am sure you will see a marked difference in the condition of your eczema.
