4 Steps To Get Balance In Your Life

Are you taking full responsibility for your life?

I meet customers every week, who want more balance in life and better health, finances, relationships, etc. The problem is that so many of us want others to solve our problems. No one other than yourself can take full responsibility for your life and your affairs.

Imagine you are stressed out and not be able to have balance in life, and you walk into a wall. In 99 out of 100 cases many of us blame the partner, employer, children or any other circumstance. This means that we would need to fix everything and everyone around us, for us to feel good. Sounds pretty funny, but it is what we are really saying.

It would be better that we tend to the part within us, that which stops us from managing the situation. It may be to endure more stress, but it could also be to quit in time, or to take time out from the kids. It is you who decides over your life, and no one else. Only you can create the balance.

During World War II, as it is said, there was a known Jewish doctor in the concentration camps. They tortured him in every way. But they never managed to break him. The doctor survived and was able to describe to the outside world how he survived. He had told the prison guards that you can take my body, but you can never get my soul, in that he himself decided how he reacted to the abuses. He took responsibility for the way he reacted, which required enormous courage and strength. What if you took full responsibility over your life? How would it look?

You can read everywhere today, that everything has become broken in some way, and it is always the boss, alcohol, drugs and society's fault, according to the media. Could we learn to take our own responsibility of children in schools and also teach adults this, so we would not have this society, where the responsibility of criminals never lies with them, but that it is always someone else's fault. Strangely, since they caused the occurrences!

Our whole society is built around that we do not take our own responsibility, but that the school takes responsibility for the children, the state for jobs and the care for our wellbeing. In some cases, of course, outside assistance, but it is more an exception than a rule, as it is today. It is you and I, with our own responsibility to build up ourselves with the economy, self-esteem and balance in life.

How can you now take hold of yourself and take responsibility for your life:

  1. Remember that it is you who has control over your life, no matter what you or others are saying

  2. Do not allow yourself to be broken by others, rather find the solutions so that you win

  3. Take your responsibility to create good economy and balance in life

  4. Create a plan where you take command of your life, and drop any ideas that someone else will solve everything for you

Good luck with that balance and success in your life.

Good Luck!
