Make it a rule to increase the amount of water you drink per day. The minimum should be about six to eight glasses and you can still drink additional amounts, especially if you are very active. Water will help the body keep hydrated and this also assists in regulating the fat burning and metabolism process. By drinking adequate amounts of water, it also helps in remove the impurities in your body, which will aid and maintain the internal organs of the body.

Aside from a professional diet and nutrition program, you will also need a six pack abs workout. If you are living an inactive lifestyle, than a major lifestyle change will have to be in order.
