Hair nutrition is a must thing to follow to get a gorgeous hair. The root of getting a beautiful hair is the basic nutrition of your hair and that can be got from the taking proper care of your hair. Hair care is a vast list of doing and do not doing some things. From maintaining a diet chart or rather following a good eating habit to right styling your hair every thong includes in your hair care routine. Now hair nutrition is mainly to get from the raw materials that you can take for your physical nutrition. Like your body your hair also need to have that basic nutrients that can make your hair strong from the root of your hair. It is right that our hair is a non-essential part of our body but to improve your inner confidence your hair is a crucial part of your body. You cannot deny that. Your hair and hairstyle can change your entire personality and looks. It is a fact. Boost up your hair with the following nutrients.
As it is impossible to think of a healthy body without providing proper nutrition, similarly our hair is also in need for proper and balanced nutrition. Our hair is needed to be fed properly in order to keep it healthy and beautiful. If there is any lack in the supply of proper food to the hair it is obvious that it wont look healthy any farther. It would loose its charm and look dull.
You should take rich foods like fruits and green leafy vegetables. The reason is fruits are abounding with vitamins like vitamin-A, vitamin-B complex and vitamin-E. All fruits are vitamin rich. Green vegetables are abundant with nutrients like carbohydrates and minerals and vitamin too. Salad, golden fruits and snakes can be some tasty and healthy choice as well. So, do not stick to your not so tasty but healthy foods but change the boring routine and include some delicious and tasty plates to your healthy diet. Proportionate amount of nutrients like iron, calcium, potassium, vitamins, green vegetables, fruits and animal and dairy products should be present in your daily meal.
Smoking and drinking is injurious to our health and thus to our hair also. Even tea and coffee are mot much good for your skin and hair.
Lettuce leaves, parsley leaves, spinach etc. all these can be dipped into the guacamole and then be served with squeeze of lemon and sprinkle of salt. Lime juice and walnut with baby leaves can be a good salad for hair care. Some vegetables that can be used as your salad material which will help you to repair your hair are garlic, cucumbers, bean sprouts, carrots, Chinese leaves, celery, asparagus, lettuce, spinach, pepper, Brussels sprouts, broccoli etc. Yellow-fleshed fruits like apricots, oranges, mangoes, melons, grapefruits, nectarines, peaches, persimmons, quinces, honeydew melons are also very good for hair root.
Protein and fatty acids are equally needed. Eggs, dairy products, meat, poultry products, fish, butter, nuts, pulses are to be mentioned. For dry, dull and oily looking hair these things are necessary.
