Hair loss can be easily prevented. You need to take certain precautions to stay away from the hair loss. I know that lot of people suffer with the hair loss, but that is because of their lamentable knowledge on how to prevent hair loss. The main reason for the hair loss is the excessive production of the dihydrotestosterone (DHT) in the body. This DHT sticks to the hair follicles and reduces the nutrients supply to the hairs this leads to thinning of the hairs which ultimately leads to the hair loss problem. Further this leads to the breaking of the hairs and the person gets bald in certain areas on his head. Specifically baldness is noted on the anterior and vertex region of the head.
To prevent the hair loss the first thing I would suggest to all my readers is to stop oiling the hairs regularly. Oil is one of the main causes of the hair loss. Applying too much of oil on the hairs makes them fragile and they break due to this. So, to prevent hair loss one must not put too much oil on hairs. I will like to bring to the notice here that oil is essential for hairs but not in the excessive amount. The next important thing you can do to prevent hair loss is to avoid washing the hairs daily. Due to this the hairs gets loose from its base and they start falling. Even drying the hairs by rubbing them vigorously loosens them from their roots. Thus, the hair loss begins. So, remember to dry hairs softly by towels and don’t rub them more.
Drying the hairs with the hair dryer can also put an adverse impact on your hairs. If you keep the temperature too high and keep the blow more then it may lead to the burning of the hair roots or burning of the newly grown hairs. So, please remember to dry your hairs are normal temperature and blow should be at low speed. This will prevent the hair loss. It has been noted that hair loss is hereditary in some men. So, such men should take a special care of their hairs to prevent the hair loss. If you have a family history of baldness then you must meet a hair specialist and take his advice in order to prevent the baldness from occurring.
Hair loss can also be prevented by maintaining the hormone levels in the body at the optimum level. Hormonal imbalances cause the hair loss in many cases. Insufficient amount of the testosterone in the body leads to the male pattern baldness or alopecia. To maintain the hormone levels at the normal level one must eat a balanced diet, take adequate rest, and sleep well. In short, he must follow a healthy lifestyle routine. Hair loss is also caused due the applying too much of gel or coloring of the hairs. You must not do all these things as they deteriorate the natural beauty of hairs and also damage the hair follicles, which ultimately lead to the hair loss.
Hair loss can be prevented by including the Vitamin A, E, zinc, and iron in the daily diet. Fiber is also very important for the strengthening of the hairs. So, person must include the all these essential supplement in his meals to stay away from hair loss. Also make it a point to keep your hairs healthy by washing them at least twice or thrice in a week, but more than that can lead to the hair loss. So, you must follow all these things to prevent the hair loss.
