The Power of Faith

Faith is simply supreme and out of this world. For when everyone else sees no way, faith sees the way. It breaks through perceived barriers, dissolves limitations and it is unexplainable. Once too many times, a miracle happens, someone gets healed of cancer, and doctors are puzzled. Several attempts are made to come up with explanations as to why, and of course in a society which seeks hard evidence all the time these stories are dismissed as dogma because they lack ‘evidence’.

Our limiting minds cannot even accept a miracle when it happens. Is it any wonder therefore why so many of us don’t experience miracles? Our minds are not receptive, but are full of doubt, pessimism and criticism.

However a man who is ready to experience the extraordinary must open himself to higher consciousness and have faith. Faith is a supreme and divine state of mind which unlocks immense opportunities. We need not try and understand, or judge or even make sense of it. For faith transcends the physical mind. It is beyond the usual and should be accepted as is.

Faith can be loosely defined as believing in positive outcomes against all odds. Most of us always expect the worst. Our minds are constant worrying machines, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Remember that whatever you focus on you will create. It is in our minds that hangs our joys and sorrows. Our lives are a mirror of the beliefs embedded within us.

Instead of making your mind a battlefield of worrisome thoughts, cultivate faith. Choose to have faith, believe in the extraordinary and open the door to an extraordinary life. You will only see the power of faith, when you believe….
