How do you make the right choice – Slow, low cost and careful or fast track.

This is a difficult one because it depends on many factors. We all would like to think that we are going to be able to get online and hit the big money fast. While it is possible and not really as hard as you may think to make almost instant money online it requires a great deal of faith and nerve. The slow route yields low income in the early months but is safer and very low cost if done correctly.

Nice and slow with a budget that’s real low.

There is no doubt in my mind that this is the best route into Internet marketing for the begginer.

Making money on the Internet isn’t too difficult but if you are starting from scratch you have got a bit of a learning curve to get through. One reason that many fail in this game is because they chase the big dream right away with no experience whatsoever. They set their expectations to high and come down to earth with a thump! This approach puts them in a position where they must have blind faith in their mentor who is a complete stranger and keeps telling them to spend money, not an easy thing to do.

If you are just starting out in Internet marketing you should start by keeping the running cost’s as low as possible while you learn the ropes. When you consider a program make sure it offers a full money back guarantee. You may simply not like Internet marketing and change your mind so be sure you can back out.

How long it takes to learn the basic skills that you need will depend on how much time you can spare and how quickly you learn. Generally you should be looking at 2 – 6 months if you are learning in your spare time.

The reason I recommend the slow start route is because it is very easy to make it pay for itself. While that is great what happens next is even better. As you start to learn the true potential power of the web, it starts to become more real and your mind starts to realise just what you have in your hands. I can’t describe the feeling with mere words but I dropped the slow route like a stone after just a few months and the rest is history. The thing is I knew what I was getting into by now, I was confident and above all my expectations were realistic. I sometimes kind of regret not jumping in and trusting my mentor from the start but he was a stranger who kept telling me to spend money. On the other hand, I truly believe that if I had, I may have just been another casualty, another name on someone's prospect list.

Fast Money.

To make fast money you will need to spend a bit more money at the front end of your venture and this makes it more of a gamble. To get instant profit you have to get your product in front of a lot of people fast. You will also have to step out of your comfort zone and you will have to be able to take criticism. You will have to be blindly faithful to the person who’s blueprint or program you are following. They will tell you to do things that you will want to avoid and avoiding even one of their suggestions could mean the difference between success and failure. You will get criticised by the majority because only the ones who have the understanding and commitment to carry on make it. This is the case in all walks of life and that’s why you often hear people talking about the 95%.

Fact 95% of people will live there lives only making ends meet.

The one piece of advice I would give to anyone who embarks on a quest for internet success, fast or slow, is listen to the people who are successful. The forums are full of critics and you can find dirt on just about every program out there. Just remember this, if internet marketing is a scam then why are there so many internet marketing millionaires. Why are literally thousands of people making a living online. Just remember that the people dishing the dirt in the forums are the 95% and if you listen to them you will remain one of them.

Also although there are a fair few good programs out there there are a fair few bad ones too. The problem you have is you have to have complete faith in the author of the program and that will involve spending some money. You will also have to give a stranger your email address and that can be passed around so be sure to approach with caution.

So you have heard some straight talking about the fast track and I hope it’s given you something to think about. Now I made it sound all bad, but if you have the nerve and the thought of loosing a few dollars doesn’t scare you, then go for it.

I don’t say this lightly, I say this because many people have proven that if you get on a good program and follow the method exactly you can make tens of thousands of dollars every month. That kind of residual income is life changing and the benefits of success far out way the down side.

So how do you find a good program.

Not an easy task but a good rule of thumb is to look for the most popular among the affiliate community. Many of these types of programs are paying affiliates commissions on their sales. Most affiliate programs have to offer a sixty day money back guarantee. This means that the most popular programs are likely to be the ones paying out the most commissions. If your customers are cancelling the commissions don’t get paid and your program will get dropped by the affiliates.

So before you jump in and get burned, do some research and try to keep the cost's low because yit may not be for you whether you make money or not.
