Banana Cake With Frosting Cream Cheese Can Make You Go Bananas!

While you may know a thing or two about the recipe to make banana cakes, do you know how to make some memorable frosting cream cheese? Follow this user-friendly recipe:
You would need 2 cups confectioners' sugar, 2 tbsps butter, 6-oz cream cheese, 3 tbsp milk and 1 tsp vanilla flavoring.
Beat together the butter and cream cheese in a mixing bowl, to which add confectioners' sugar and mix well. Add milk to thin down the mixture so that spreading is consistent. Stir in vanilla and mix well. Yu are now ready to frost your banana cake.
For the banana cake the following ingredients are needed:
1/2 cup shortening,
1 1/2 cups sugar,
2 large eggs,
2 cups flour,
1/4 tsp baking powder,
3/4 tsp baking soda,
1 tsp salt,
1/4-cup buttermilk,
4 ripe bananas and 1/2 cup chopped walnuts.
You start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees. Take a large mixing bowl, blend cream shortening and sugar. Then, take the 2 eggs to mixture and keep on mixing mix until the blend has a creamy texture. The ripe bananas should be mashed using a fork and then added to the mixture.
Take the ¼ cup of buttermilk and add it to the mixture and mix well. The mixture of flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt should then be sifted and added to the creamy mixture, beating well after each addition.
Stir in chopped walnuts. Take a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan and grease and lightly flour it.
Your baking dish is ready and you can now pour in the batter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Test whether the bake is right by inserting a toothpick and check whether it comes out clean.
Finally, your banana cake with frosting cream cheese is ready to be served.
