Temporary hair removal products remove part of hair that sticks out of the skin. They leave the skin smooth for several hours and some of them for days. Temporary hair removal products also include epilation products that remove the hair from its root and lasts for several days or several weeks. Temporary hair removal products include both the depilation and epilation products.
Permanent hair removal products includes those products, which help to get rid of uninvited and unwanted hair permanently. It includes laser(a beam of light is used to destroy the hair follicles), electrolysis (it uses needles that carry the current to follicles to destroy them), home electrolysis (products are not as effective as electrolysis) and flash lamp ( it uses hand piece that transfers pulse light to cover larger area of skin.
Before we look into the hair removal methods we need to know that there are two different types of hair. Terminal hairs which are commonly found in men tend to be dark, coarse and long. Vellus hairs are fine, soft and short - commonly found in females. Some of the hair removing techniques works better in terminal hair when compared to Vellus hair and vice versa. When we look at the different types of hair removal, we can see that each method has different degree of effectiveness and ease of usage. The different methods of hair removal are tweezing, waxing, shaving, electrolysis, depilatory cream and laser hair removal.
The easiest, least painful and also cost effective type of facial hair removal is to use depilatory cream products that are readily available in markets all over the globe. The product is applied on the skin where there is unwanted hair and is wiped off after a few minutes. Though the product is most effective, it will not last for a long time and the process has to be repeated in 3 to 5 days. But one has to be careful in choosing the depilatory cream as it has to be formulated to be applied over the face. Another type of facial hair removal product that women commonly seek for in a beauty parlor is the waxing. The hot wax is applied to the area where hair has to be removed. The applied wax is then pulled in the opposite direction of hair growth taking the hair along with it.
Bleaching the area of unwanted hair growth using the natural ingredients is another type of natural hair removal method. Nowadays, plenty of natural bleaching products are widely available all over the world which are 100% natural and safe. The main ingredients of this natural bleaching hair removal product are lemon juice, honey and chamomile tea. Also there are hair removal product solutions made from amazing mixture of exotic plant enzymes and rarest species of herbs. This solution changes the structure of the hair follicle, i.e. thick and coarse hair becomes softer, smaller and finer like a baby's hair.
Some of the brands include Panasonic, Andis, Andre and others. You can choose many categories of products from the huge collection in the market. If you do not know how a certain product is used, do not attempt to use it if you do not understand the instructions. You must consult a specialist who can give you an overview into some of these products. Many people have been harmed and it will be helpful to take the caution seriously.
