First and most important is when you have dreams, make the decision to follow your dreams. Don’t allow anyone to step on your dreams or put them out. This is just their insecurities and fears they are reflecting on you and your dreams. You were designed to dream and to be that risk taker. Once you have made a decision and commitment to following your dreams you are well on your way of accomplishing them. Just make the decision to not stay where you are at and move forward, don’t look back. Action is the key to moving forward.

Second is direction. This comes after you have made your decision to follow your dreams. Direction is like having a map to know where it is you are going. It is very important to know where you are going and also it brings clarity.

Third is desire. This is when you truly step into your purpose and desire to accomplish your dreams and your visions. Desire creates momentum and if you truly desire to achieve it, then nothing will stop you. Desire is what drives you and makes you take that step towards your dreams.

Forth is to always dream big. If you aim at nothing you will surely accomplish it, so aim at something and aim high. Look at it as if you were a kid again. Kids have great visions and they dream up some amazing stuff of what they want and when they want it. They see no obstacles in there way and are fearless. Stop letting your fears crumble your dreams. Fear is false evidence appearing real. “A man without a vision will perish.”

Fifth is to believe. Believe all things are possible and believe you can achieve what your heart truly desires. Believing is very powerful. Believe you have already achieved your dreams and feel what that feeling is like and cherish it. That feeling will propel your actions toward your dreams. Remember when you were a child and you truly believed in Santa Clause and that he was going to fit down a chimney? Or you even believed so much that when you looked out your window you saw him flying in the air waving at you, now that is belief. “I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me.” (Philippians 4:13)

Sixth is to ask for what you want, if you have no idea what you want, how will you ever receive what it is you want and desire. Write down what you want, set goals and work towards them by visualizing and meditating on what it is you want. Be specific when you write down what you want, down to the detail of exactly how you want it to be.

Seventh is to have faith. Faith is stepping out into the unknown and fully trusting what you cannot see. “We live by faith, not by sight.” (2 Corinthians 5:7) Children are great examples of faith; put your child like faith on and believe. Step out on faith and live the life you were designed to live. “Faith sees the invisible, believes the incredible and receives the impossible.”
