Common withdrawal symptoms differ from person to person. There are varieties of common withdrawal symptoms that strike smokers who are trying to quit smoking and these symptoms can be psychological as well as physical.

  10. Craving for cigarettes: This is the most common symptom you experience while on your path to quit smoking. The best way to avoid craving of cigarettes is to wait out the urge for cigarettes or to distract your attention from pondering over cigarettes.
