You can learn how to train your dog to do tricks or have a more focused training that deals with jumping, continual barking, or aggressive behavior. Once a dog learns a new command, the treats become fewer until you can say the command such as "sit" and he or she will do so not expecting the treat or reward.

After all, they cannot hear your commands, so your body language becomes even more critical; however, deaf dogs can learn motion commands and be just as obedient as a hearing dog. Many dog-training programs include both verbal and motion commands, that way even though your dog may hear, you also can use the motion commands that reinforces what you want.

The key to dog training is having competent trainers that can show you how to handle your dog and have him or her do exactly what you want.
