In dealing with cancer it’s vitally important to boost your immune system and the only way to do that is naturally. With our drug orientated system of treatments we have today for cancer no one will tell you how to help yourself overcome the problem with some simple lifestyle changes. What a person newly diagnosed needs, is information on how to strengthen their built in defence system which will help the body heal.
All cancers are simply a disease of an immune system that’s been weakened by the way we now live with our artificial food, our sedentary lifestyle as well as the toxic chemicals we use. Common sense should tell us that to overcome the problem all one has to do is to strengthen the immune system and the best way to achieve that is naturally.
The root cause of the cancer growths should be the focus of any treatments yet our mainstream way of treating it typically ignores this. Our treatments today attack the symptoms at the surface, not the causes at the roots. They think of any cancer cells as foreign invaders and simply try to annihilate them instead of treating them as normal body cells which have engaged in undisciplined rapid cell division because of an immune system that’s been weakened.
A much more effective way is to treat the body naturally which will strengthen the immune system and that will assist the body to heal itself. Treating cancer naturally means treating the person and not the growths alone and a great way to start is by correcting the diet. Good nutrition is essential for everyone who’s been diagnosed with cancer.
Cancer is not caused by a virus, bacteria or a faulty gene but by a poor lifestyle and there is no such thing as a quick fix treatment to eliminate it permanently. The best way to fight the disease is with a dedicated anti cancer lifestyle and you do that with knowledge about its causes and never go back to the old habits that allowed these growths to appear in the first place.
There are many changes you can make to help boost the immune system and they are;
-
Change the food you eat to include fresh raw fruit and vegetables because they have a vitally important role in boosting the immune system.
-
Always choose whole grain versions of rice, pasta and flour.
-
Avoid refined and preserved processed foods as these have had most of their nutritional potential removed.
-
Avoid refined sugar as it’s been shown to significantly suppress the immune system.
-
Taking some regular aerobic exercise is an essential ingredient in any plan to boost the immune system.
-
Stop smoking and avoid passive smoke which is smoke from other people.
-
Emotional health can play a key role in weakening the immune system so seek help if this might be part of the problem.
The more you understand the immune system and its complexities and what it does, the more you realize that it’s a miracle that it can keep our body healthy most of our lives.
There is no treatment or no drug that can overcome the effects of a poor diet, a lack of exercise or an unhealthy lifestyle which have all contributed to the problem. True cures means dealing with the causes and the only way to do that is naturally.
We must never forget that our main weapon against cancer is our own bodies defense system, that is the immune system and it alone has the power to heal.
