As more and more women are becoming afflicted with breast cancer there is an increase in the number of people who would like to obtain a cure for this disease. In many cases, they do not want to subject themselves to expensive medical treatments and resort to natural healing instead. It is believed that there are treatments for breast cancer that use natural resources as bodily cures. These natural resources do not use conventional treatment, instead these treatments utilize the natural process of healing. Include as part of the natural regimen is eating a organic vegetarian diet, sunlight therapy, and moderate exercise.
It has been found in several studies that women afflicted with Breast Cancer need a higher immune system, must have proper bowel movements, lose unwanted or excess weight, and need to boost their energy levels. All of these can be solved if the individual eats the proper food in right amounts such as eating a lot of fruits and vegetables; grains, cereals, and legumes; herbs and spices; sprouted beans, low-fat dairy products, and foods containing only the good oils.
The individual must be careful with her diet while choosing only organic foods that do not contain harmful chemicals and pesticides that contributes more toxic substances to the body. She must also eat food without artificial coloring, preservatives, and hydrated fats. Using a natural path of treatment for breast cancer only supports natural ways of healing the body by utilizing organic foods.
Women with breast cancer find it difficult to adjust to this kind of diet because they were used to the faulty high fat, sweet, and rich diet hence the onset of the disease. Just because they are used to this diet does not mean that their meals are have to be tasteless. However, there are a lot of recipes that are easy to prepare especially when they resort to the raw vegan diet that does not require heating. This includes making delicious shakes, smoothies, and dishes made from fruits and vegetables containing more nutrients the body needs.
Sunlight therapy is also a part of the natural healing for breast cancer. Sunlight therapy allows the body to get enough of the recommended allowance of the nutrient Vitamin D, as well as the provision of the highest level of vitamin D sourced naturally. However, it is important to eat only organic foods since the intake of processed foods will not allow the body to accept the nutrient from the sun, and this will also decrease burns and irritation as well.
Moderate exercise should be included as part of the natural treatment such as walking outdoors on a sunny day, an activity that doubly acts in getting your daily dose of vitamin D as well. It also boosts the metabolism level and increases the oxygen levels in the body. Research shows that cancer cells do not thrive in blood with a good supply of oxygen.
This natural to treatment of breast cancer involves a change in lifestyle but is more light and enjoyable. There is a lot of information on the healing process that can be found online, in e-books, personal websites as well as forums and support groups for breast cancer.
