We don’t need to fear cancer because with a little knowledge and a few subtle changes to the way we are now living we can reduce our likelihood of being diagnosed with the problem. Unfortunately for most of us it’s the typical western diet and lifestyle that promotes cancer and no one is educating us what the causes are. Why not learn about it and live without the fear of becoming a victim?
We all fear cancer because we fear what we don’t understand. If we understood its many causes and were informed how to make a few small changes to correct those causes then we would have no fear of the problem. Cancer is not caused by some foreign invader or a wayward gene passed down from our parents or grandparents. It is always a self caused disease.
Cancer appears because of our modern way of living which is certainly not a healthy way. If we put as much emphasis on looking after the inside of our body as we do with the way we give attention to the outside of our body then we would never get cancer. Unfortunately these days we have become so obsessed with how we look on the outside, or our appearance and we completely ignore what’s going on in the inside which is far more important. Looking healthy is not necessarily the equivalent of actually being healthy.
Because of the many misconceptions associated with cancer we believe that all cancers are caused by a foreign invader and the only people who can remove it are the surgeons and oncologists, that is the cancer doctors using their three ways of surgery, radiation and chemotherapy. Nothing could be further from the truth.
Cancer is only a modern day problem and at present only in developed countries and not yet in undeveloped countries so it’s not difficult to find the reasons or its causes. Also it’s pointless asking your doctor what causes cancer or how to maintain your health because doctors don’t know. Cancer today is well understood and there are many people who do know.
To avoid cancer its changes you need so start by changing your diet and never go back to your old unhealthy habits. The human body needs freshly grown food everyday because it’s our fuel which keeps us healthy. The body needs vitamins and minerals but not out of a bottle, we need it from nature because of the complex interplay between these and other occurring substances which can’t be replicated by man. You can’t buy health in the form of supplements, that’s just fancy marketing and a lot of hype and unnecessary expense, let fresh food be your medicine.
Cancer has more than one cause and while the main one is the wrong food we are now consuming, other contributing factors are our lack of exercise and also the constant assault on the human body from the chemicals we now use or we are in contact with.
The reason we need exercise is because cancer is purely a disease of an immune system that’s been weakened and to maintain a strong immune system it is essential to incorporating a daily schedule of exercise. Any exercise is good and it’s the only way to get the immune system working again. We all have cancer cells in our body but they are held in check by a strong immune system. Also avoid refined sugar as its been shown to significantly suppress the immune system.
There are more chemicals in our homes today than ever before and we use them freely thinking they are safe. Most of these chemicals have been extracted from the oil industry and many are used in the products we put on our skin. Anything we apply to our skin is absorbed into our bloodstream because of the porous nature of our skin.
We put far too much emphasis on the external body or the way we look and not enough emphasis on the internal part. Without internal health there can never be true health.
