Turmeric: Possibly this is king and queen of all the anti inflammatory spices because it has so many medicinal values in it. This particular spice prevents the oxidation of all kinds of dietary fats in the food at the time of cooking. Black pepper: We all know that black pepper can increase the taste of our food, but very few of us are aware about this fact that it can reduce the inflammatory response of the body. This reduced response of inflammation helps you in a number of situations and that's why experts recommend you to add this spice ti your food.
Nutmeg: Nutmeg is one of those spices that have so many medicinal values and this spice has been an integral part of all kinds of Indian cousin since many centuries. Various researchers found that this spice can kill a number of pathogens that cause disease and it can prevent more than 25 bacteria species. Also, nutmeg oil can be used as a very effective topical ointment for reducing the muscles and joint pain. Other than these spices cardamom, basil, cloves, cilantro, chives, rosemary, cumin seed are few other spices that contain anti inflammatory property and help people in a great way.
