Bad Sales Page - You need to make sure that the sales page of the product you are selling is professional looking. I say this because you may be able to drive traffic to a sales page, but if it does not look good and close the deal, you are wasting your time.

Not Writing Enough Articles - Most affiliates have heard of article marketing and the power of it. The problem is that many affiliates do not write enough articles. You need to be submitting at least 5 articles a week to sites such as Ezine Articles and Go Articles.

No Patience - Yes, you can make money fairly quickly with affiliate marketing, but sometimes it might take a few months to get your first sell. Do not get discouraged or give up if you are doing all of the above and have not gotten a sell in the first few weeks of you marketing. Keep at it and results will come.
