As we get older and the hemorrhoids we have been living with for many years start to flare up and give us more trouble than we are willing to deal with the question of surgery often arises.

From personal experience there is nothing more uncomfortable than hemorrhoids, bleeding piles

or bleeding hemorrhoids. Nasty stained underwear and toilet bowls filled with blood are not easy to deal with so what to do.

Some people will just give up trying to live with bleeding hemorrhoids and go for surgery. It is a relatively simple procedure of wrapping the base of the Hemorrhoids in bands thereby cutting off the blood supply and causing to plies to entropy and disappear.

For the braver soul who decides to try to live with bleeding piles for reasons that could include no health insurance to fear of the surgical procedure here are a few tips that I have gathered from personal experience.

1.The best way to ensure that flare up are kept to a minimum refrain from foods and drinks that cause any type of diarrhea. The extra straining brought on by diarrhea will guarantee a hemorrhoid eruption and if your piles bleed when you stool is full of stomach acid you will have a very unpleasant few days.

2.Try to ensure that you have sufficient roughage in your diet. This will ensure good stool quality and minimum hemorrhoid flare up. A super source for ensuring good roughage intake is Pin Head Oatmeal. Pin head oatmeal does take time to prepare like 20 minutes but if you could have it for breakfast every day and keep coffee to a minimum and refrain from alcohol completely you will find that your hemorrhoid eruptions and bleeding piles problems will be severely lessened.

The best treatment for hemorrhoids is to avoid behavior that will cause them to become inflamed.

Regularity and a healthy diet with quality foods and roughage will ensure that your piles do not bleed and is there the best hemorrhoid treatment available.
