To be able to find pain relief for Arthritis is like looking for a needle in a haystack. And to be able to find something that will give natural arthritis pain relief is even harder. There are many weird and wonderful items on the market for all illnesses, and I guess if someone is in pain they will take anything to get that pain relief.
Most people know about Arthritis, and they know how painful it can be for the patient, and if you look at Rheumatoid Arthritis things are even worse.
The Doctors know about these two diseases, although I’m not convinced that they know what causes it, or how to cure it. They can prescribe pain killers, and anti inflammatory drugs but they are only going to mask the pain on a temporary basis. The drug companies must be rubbing their hands together knowing that for each person who suffers is money in the bank for them.
Thanks to Medical research a natural pain relief has been made available. This is not a drug you can get on prescription, or a drug you can buy over the counter. But what it entails is that the patient has a complete change of lifestyle as in their diet.
It has been proved that a lot of the food that the average person eats has a very high acid content, and that this acid is what is causing all the problems. By changing the way we eat, and by flushing our systems we can then make our body’s natural defence system work properly again.
To give you an example of this I would like to draw your attention to people who suffer with Gout. Now if you have ever had Gout you will know just how painful it can be. The joints in your ankles and toes are affected by your body producing too much Uric acid which then crystallises in the joints, and then gives you pain. Get rid of the acid, and you get rid of the Gout.
So by flushing out your system, and by altering your diet to that of an Alkaline nature the body will then revert back to working properly to giving you natural pain relief.
At this point I should point out that an alkaline diet is mainly fresh fruit and vegetables. The main thing to watch is that you maintain the right vitamin level, and that it would always be advisable to talk things through with your Doctor, and if possible you should also have a Nutritionist to advise you what to eat.
Please note that I am not a Doctor, or any way allied to the Medical profession, and I would always advise you to talk things through with your Doctor. I am not qualified to give you medical advice, and the only thing I am doing is passing information on that I have read about.
If you are suffering badly you might not want to talk things over with your Doctor, but again that would be your choice. Some Doctors might not be very happy about this type of treatment, and quite possibly they will try to talk you out of it.
