Have you turned on the TV and watched a fashion show lately? It does not matter if it is Paris or Milan, the women are always beautiful. Did you know that a lot of the models you are looking at on the catwalks are Russian or Ukrainian? Eastern European women have a natural beauty so it is easy to understand why they fill the popular fashion magazines modeling the latest designs. And their interest in modelling is easy to understand too - their potential to earn as a fashion model is far greater than any profession available back home.

So the challenge is, how do you as a mere mortal male, date Russian women?

You can meet your perfect match on this site, but meeting a Russian girl might be as easy as going out to a dance club in New York. With many Eastern European women heading abroad to further their career, that stunning brunette you happen to be watching on the dance floor might have a Russian accent. If you are usually the type of man that is easily lost for words when talking to beautiful women, here are a few suggestions to help make you feel more at ease..

Try Saying Hello

She might look like a goddess, but she is only human. It is your own expectations of her that stop you from seeing her as a normal human being.. Start treating her like any other person.

Imagine you just got into work on Monday morning and you see a good friend. What do you say? Things like … hi, how was your weekend or how have you been? Why not talk to her the equally. Instead of freezing up you cuold try … hi, how are you today, or good morning.

You still risk rejection, but that is part of dating.. But a casual greeting will come across as more genuine and relax you both if you are nervous.

Start With The Basics

The most important skill you can learn when talking to women is to improvise in a conversation. The method is easy. Pick something from your surrounding environment and build a conversation around it.

Like any skill, the first time you try this out you will probably fail or feel awkard doing it. You will spend more time thinking of what to talk about than actually saying it. The key is to practice at it and start with the basics initially. Instead of slotting it straight into your meet women arsenal, try it out in day to day life first.

Start with a good foundation, and that is getting comfortable with having a casual conversation with people you just met. The next time you are at the mall, start with saying hello to the person behind the counter (try not to feel weird if it is a man - you are just working on the basics of communication here). When you are ready, move it up a little and then add 'how are you' to build your comfort level in talking to strangers.

Now why am I telling you to practice your communication skills on everyday people? It is because these women will not reject you when to talk to them. They are there as part of your normal every day life. And when there is no fear of rejection, you can just concentrate on practising your communication skills.

Improvise

Now that you can start a conversation with a stranger without thinking about it, you are ready for the next step. Pick something from your immediate environment and create a conversation around it.

At first, it will be an awkward question that you will ask; something like "have you had the salad, I was thinking of trying it out". It will feel awkward because you are spending more time thinking about what to say regarding the salad and not being present in the conversation.

But this social stumbling will pass as you become relaxed with it. Practice at every chance you get so it becomes second nature. And who knows where even a practice conversation might lead. After all, women do like to talk if they are attracted to you.
