If you happen to play Mafia Wars on Facebook, or elsewhere, you have probably noticed that Zynga is always adding something new. With so many new things coming your way, you may be wondering how to play Mafia Wars, especially with the new additions, expansions, and special jobs. Since the game is going to be adding a Las Vegas expansion in the future, a special Loot Event, known as the Las Vegas Loot Event, started on June 25, 2010. This entire event is to celebrate the new expansion that is coming soon. If you are wondering how you can participate, here is some more information on this game that will help you make the most of this event before it is gone.

So, how can you get started with the Las Vegas Loot Event? Well, you should have recently noticed a popup in the game that says "Las Vegas Loot Event." This pop up tells you that there are seven different items available that you can get and once you get all of the items, you will get a special bonus item for collecting them all. At the bottom of the popup you will see the "get started" button, which will allow you to start playing to look for this special loot.

Of course, you probably want to know where in the mafia games you should be looking for this loot. There are two different places you may find this loot. One way to get the loot is to do jobs. The other way to find these special items is to start fighting. Either way, you are sure to score some of these special items from Las Vegas. It does not matter what city you are doing jobs in or fighting in either. The drops will occur no matter where you are playing the game, whether it is New York, Bangkok, Moscow, or Cuba. If you are doing jobs and you seem to be getting the same items again and again, then consider trying some fights to collect some of the other items. So, all you really need to do is do your jobs and fight as you usually do. The rest is up to chance, since the drops are random.

There are seven different items that can be collected as you learn how to play mafia wars with this new Las Vegas Loot Event. One is called the Big Blind and it is a weapon that drops in fights with 52 Attack and 25 Defense. Another item that drops in fights is a Casino Guard, which has 48 Attack and 28 Defense. An animal that drops in fights is the Stage Show Tiger, with 28 Attack and a whopping 50 defense. Then you have the High Roller, which is a vehicle you can land while doing jobs. The Royal Flush is a weapon, it has 48 Attack and 25 Defense, and it is dropped while doing jobs too. The two other items include the Viva Las Vegas and the Suit of Suits. Both are armor items and can be found by doing jobs.

If you collect all seven of these items, then you will get the special bonus item, which is the Jackpot. It is a weapon that has 30 Attack and 54 Defense, so it is definitely a great loot item that you will want to win if possible.

When you find items within the Las Vegas Loot Event, you will have the option to share these rewards with those in your mafia. If you choose to share, your mafia members will be able to claim a reward from you. Some of the rewards that you can get this way include a Security Camera, Deposit Box, Reinforced Steel, Magnetic Lock, and Motion Sensor. You are able to share seven times with others and every day you can get one reward from each mafia member, although there is a maximum of 10 bonus items that you can collect.

With this helpful Mafia Wars game guide, you should be able to easily participate in the Las Vegas Loot Event. Keep this information in mind and make sure you get your special look before this is over. Then keep your eyes open for the new Las Vegas expansion that is coming soon.
