Life can be hectic, and finding the time to meet new people can be difficult and frustrating to say the least. If you are living in or around Toronto and you would like to meet someone special, then there are singles events in your area that have been specifically designed to help you accomplish this goal.

If you are a fan of Robin Hood, or you would like to indulge in the ancient art of archery, then why not sign up for the "Singles Intro Day to Archery". This is a single day event where you will be taught the basic bow and arrow techniques and shooting style before setting out to practice on a 20 yard target. Once you have gained confidence in your archery techniques, you will be taken out to the lush forested lands in the Caledon hills to test your shooting skills on 33 acres of land. This is really an awesome way to meet new people and to be able to practice and hone your skills with them; and you might even find your own Maid Marian or a handsome knight on his steed. This wonderful event can be found at the Archers of Caledon, 15595 Shaws Creek Road, and the cost of this event is $50.

If you avoid going out and meeting new people because you do not want to leave your pooch behind, then why not sign up for the "Singles Interactive Dog Day". Here you and your furry friend can join other singles for an exciting day where you and Rover can meet someone new. This event takes place at the Pawsway Pet Discovery Center, 245 Queens Quay, North building, Toronto. Spend the day playing interactive games with your dog and other singles which includes agility basics training and prize-giving. At the end of this exciting day, you and your dog will be enjoying your new friends at Williams, which is a dog friendly pub. The cost of this event is around $20. This is truly a splendid occasion where you and your loving pet can spend quality time together and meet someone new at the same time.

So for all you singles out there in Toronto, there is no reason for you to be alone. Get out there and meet new people, because who knows; you may possibly find the person of your dreams, and so could your pet. At the same token, if things do not work out quite as planned, at least you know that you and your best friend had a great time.
