For a light Hispanic skin, Using a water based or water soluble dye, mix 1 part dark brown to 4 parts water in a pitcher or similar to submerge your doll body parts. Vinyl will float so it is crucial to lay something on top of the water or gently wedge something into the pieces so they are fully submerged for the period of dyeing. Depending on what tone of skin you are intending to achieve, dye time can be anywhere from 10 minutes to 30 minutes. Take out your parts from the blend after ten minutes and rinse thoroughly, leave to cure for at least 24 hours before formulating any decisions on colour, you will need this time for the colour to settle and can always do a second dip, as with most reborning, less is more, you can always darken later, lightening is a time consuming procedure of stripping or colour harmonising.
