Chakras—what are they? They are the extraphysical centers, in which energies from different and various fields and areas are scattered all over and synchronized to the human body. Generally, the chakras are connected with certain organs in our bodies. Nevertheless, this should not be observed strictly, as the chakras are whirlpools of energy that are fluid inside the body, and they are just present when the body is alive and also leave when it dies. Oftentimes, it is useful to pertain to them as organ related but always use and interpret the terms loosely. The basic roles or functions of these chakras are to absorb and scatter energy to the physical body and retain the flow of energy throughout the entire body, through their interconnectedness.

They are active on all consciousness and awareness levels, although they have all distinct roles and functions to play at each level. The physical body is the ultimate or the fullest union of energies and forces, and it is through chakras that this energy and force is sustained. There are seven chakras in the human body, and they are named for their shape, as they have a similarity to the wheel, with revolving parts and a central hub. In addition, the seven chakras also help identify the principal emphasis of a certain person, or the self focus of the individual.

If for instance, the crown centre is specially and exceptionally bright, it may indicate that the individual has a well developed spiritual consciousness. If for example the heart chakra and solar plexus are more active and dominant, it means that the person identifies more with his or her feelings and emotions and is known more to be of the sensitive kind. The crown chakra is also associated or linked to the waking body as this stream of energy is also known to become active whenever they are awake, but also diminishes or reduces when the individual is sleeping. Studies regarding the chakra have shown that if harsh changes in movement, brightness, color or among many other observations or changes are seen, a serious condition might be manifesting itself within the person’s body.

And this might result in the development of an illness or a certain disease, often mostly found in the glands of the body’s endocrine system. It is also worth mentioning that more and more doctors and medical practitioners are promoting the process of visualization in their therapy and treatment of major diseases or illnesses such as cancer. This is due to the fact that a lot of the problems or difficulties related and connected with the chakras could be attributed to some emotional problems or difficulties, and through the process of visualization of these problems, they have been shown to aid, in both fighting the disease and calming the chakras.

So, if you have been told that your chakras are exhibiting changes in a major way, then you have to seek medical advice and assistance and have a full general check up with your physician.
