A person with telepathic abilities is considered to have a very strong extrasensory perception or ESP. There are two forms of telepathy -- it can either be projective or perceptive. On the other hand, perceptive telepathy focuses on projecting or sending thoughts to others, such as thinking of someone to call you and it happens.
