Why not do a different type of marriage proposal? Get on bended knee with a rose and an engagement ring, and ask the big question!
Today there is little or no bended knee proposals for marriage. With the hustle and bustle of everyone moving in different directions, many people do no have the time to propose "properly". Most of today’s proposals are done at home, no big dinners, no in-laws to be no friends and no family present. It is really ashamed, as the wedding proposals of yesteryear were cherished by all that were present. Wedding then meant more and life was so much slower than it is today.
Many people think that if there is no big too do about a wedding then if something happens then there is no big deal. But most times, it is a big deal and someone is always hurt.
Why not turn the hands of the yearly clock back and do something different for a loved one. Why not get on bended knee with a 24kt gold rose in one hand and a engagement ring in the other and propose to your lover. There is nothing wrong with this, it shows true love and shows that you can take the time and care about your lover.
Different colors of the roses have different meanings. The color for love is red, and the color for friendship, or falling in love is yellow with red tips. Imagine if one of these was tipped with 24kt gold? The recipient is sure to say yes.
In giving a rose also at a proposal is very special. It means for all that are present and more the giver as well. The giver can delight in the face of their love and swim in the happiness of both.
