Dream Weddings: Fairy tales come true and it’s the beginning of forever

Planning to meet and finding the person with whom you want to share your life is difficult; much more knowing when and where to start your life with that person. Couples would normally have a dream wedding since it is when you start the rest of your lives.

Since we met each other, we have always planned things from the start. We were excellent planners wanting our wedding day to be perfect. We asked friends about possible venues and have practically considered hundreds of them. Most of them sounded and looked OK but we were looking for a place that would not only be romantic but would also be memorable not only for us as a couple but also for friends and families planning to come and join us celebrating our special day. We wanted them not only to talk about our love story but also the ceremony and the place during that day. We wanted people to remember us in their top ten list of the best weddings they have ever gone to. Honestly, it was difficult—until our fairy tale came true!

We were browsing through the Internet when we found out that a grand castle in Scotland that was being rented out. Guthrie Castle was the best place to begin our forever. The superb landscape was picture-perfect! Everyone would want to get married in this place. Upon seeing the Walled Garden, we could picture out what would happen during that day! But the place looked so expensive and we thought that we couldn’t afford it. We got in touch with the people in the castle and got all the help that we need. They made us realize that having together and spending for our wedding day is the best investment for the future; much more they gave us a 30% discount on the facility fee which they only give to couples who have booked their wedding for the year 2011. It was more than perfect!

We chose to have one of their themed weddings. They gave us the opportunity to personalize our wedding. We chose the Edwardian theme that would make us look like royals which is perfect for the castle-view of the place. We will be having our wedding this spring and we can’t wait to start out lives together and we know that we will have the perfect life by getting married in such a perfect place!
