Every country requires social workers to have certain qualifications they must meet legally, in order to present themselves as licensed social workers. Generally, social workers need to have a license, before they can carry out their desired work.
An individual who possesses proper education, training and experience will be able to perform social work efficiently. There is some social work that would need understanding of government processes.
It is important that a social worker must complete his bachelor's degree in social work, in order to get approved. They are supposed to clear a board authorized exam, and be cleared by a criminal background investigation.
If you wish to become an approved master social employee, then it would be in your best interest to complete the master's qualification in social work.
In order to comply with all the applicable rules with regards to social work, one needs to have a clear understanding of the society, development studies, philosophy, politics, economics, psychology and education.
