You know ladies, I know what's on your mind after your boyfriend breaks up with you. It's a time in your life full of heart ache and despair, and you can't help but feel like just hiding and sticking your head in the sand. The depression and loneliness is unbearable. You find yourself wondering if he still has any feelings left for you and how you can get him back. You will truly be excited about what I have to tell you.

The first thing you should know is that it is very possible to get your ex back. As long as you haven't broken the rules of acting very needy and leaving dozens of messages on his voice mail and text messaging him like crazy. If you have not done any of these yet, you still have a decent chance of getting him back!

We know your feelings will just not go away all of a sudden, unless your breaking up has been brewing for some time before the break up. The odds are still very high that he still loves you and there is a good chance that the relationship can be fixed if approached in the proper way.

We really need to re-emphasize the "approached in the proper way", because almost everyone goes about it the wrong way to begin with. The problem is that you, being the one broken up with, you usually start to panic and go into the needy mode stated earlier, and you start to beg and try to find ways to prove your love. All that does is drive your ex away even further.

You're really not going to stand a chance of getting him back if you make him feel like your not capable of getting along without him. This is called desperation, which he will find very unromantic and sad. I'm sorry this is harsh, but it's true. Your main priority should be to give your ex some space, at least one month is highly recommended, and just start getting on with your own life. Do what you used to do, go out with your friends and have fun. But, a funny thing will happen if your ex starts to notice that you no longer need him...he will start to get interested again.

He will start thinking and wondering a lot about maybe he has made a huge mistake! Most of time, if you just start going out and having fun, he WILL notice that the reason or reasons he broke up with you in the first place was a huge mistake. More often than not, your ex will start looking for you, AGAIN! Even if this alone does not win him over, there are many other things you can do to get your ex back.
