For a woman a break up with the man she loves can be one of the most difficult times in her life. It would be great if you could just twitch your nose like Samantha in "Bewitched" and everything would be OK again. But that is not how it is in the real life, winning ex back is not that simple.

1. Acting Needy-Don't Show Any Signs of Neediness.

You do not want to show any signs of being needy or desperate. The more emotional you get in front of your ex or his family and friends the more power you will give him. You need to show that you have your emotions under control and you are acting mature about the break up.

Just think about it for a while, would you rather you got back together because he loves you OR because he feels sorry for you? How long do you think the relationship would last if you got back together because he pities you?

2. Calling Your Ex Over and Over Again.

You need space after the break up to get your thoughts together and your emotions under control. Well, he needs his space to think through what his life will be without you. In most cases he will have second thoughts about the break up. But, you got to give him time to do this, you can't constantly call, text or email him all of the time.

This "drunken dialing" borders on being a stalker. Stalking him will destroy any chances you may have of winning ex back.

3. No Plan-Bad Advice.

If you don't have a proven plan that works like magic then you will be subject to bad advice from your family and friends. Everyone seems to think they are a relationship expert and they are more then willing to share their so called expertise.

Winning ex back is too important to you and your future to just take the wrong advice from amateurs. Get the right plan on getting the ex back!

You may think it is almost impossible to get him back, but no situations are impossible. Avoiding the above mistakes of acting needy, becoming a semi-stalker, and taking bad advice you can be happy again. Now you just have to get a plan, and you will be well on your way of winning ex back!
