For many years now, bridal showers have been a significant event for ladies who are getting ready to get married. It's a fun time for ladies to gather and impart advice and experience about marriage with the bride who is about to tie the knot. However, bridal showers are also a time for and fun. This is one of the reasons why they are one of the parts of the wedding planning ritual that are the most looked forward to by both the bride planning the wedding and the bridal party who is helping with the wedding plans. Bridal shower games lend a lot of personality, life, and laughter into the shower.
More recently, the trend has leaned toward personality centered bridal showers, even theme bridal showers. For example, perhaps the bride is interested in rock climbing or hiking, you might have an mountain or outdoor theme shower. Or perhaps the bride is interested in music and concerts, you might throw a rock and roll theme shower. If the bride is very connected to her pet or a certain kind of animal, then perhaps a cat themed or dog themed shower would be right. Even if you're not going to go all the way with a theme, though, most brides really want their shower to reflect who they are as an individual, who they are on the inside.
Naturally, if the bride is a Christian, particularly if she is very involved in the church and committed to her faith, then she would want to include her Christianity as a main facet of her shower, just as it is a main facet of her inner self. Although it might seem difficult at first thought to throw a christian theme shower because it's not something that you've probably seen in the past or are aware of, it's actually very simple to organize a awesome christian shower when you have the right tools to do it!
In fact, in many instances, Christian showers will actually be held in the church where the wedding is taking place, which is often the church where the bride, and most often times the groom also, goes to church every week. This in itself lends a Christian theme to the party. But what really defines a shower? The mingling and chatting? The gifts? The cake? No! The hallmark of any shower is the games. So to make it a really Christian shower, you have to have Christian bridal shower games. This takes creativity, but it can be done. By putting a Christian spin on some classics, you can have a beautiful and fun Christian shower complete with Christian shower games.
