Ladies, if you are attending a wedding with the intent of going home with one of the ushers, take care to become acquainted with body languages and gestures. Sure, you can approach men and strike up a conversation (or perhaps you can't!), but if you want to attract one of the groom's ushers, you will need body signals that captivate his interest. Body language and gestures, including your eyes and hands, say more than a thousand unique words.

When you use the equipment God gave you to attract the lads, you are sending him messages, likely he will not ignore. Take care that you do not send the wrong messages however. This is why you want to learn proper communication in gestures and body language. Try out some of our sly moves during the wedding reception.

Using the eyes to draw in your prey, flutter your eyelids. Slightly cliché? We think so. Why not try a glance - turn your head slightly down, peer up and smile with a half mouth grin. The message you are sending to him says, “I am interested in you.” You are also letting him know that you are not prepared to take the front, so it is his turn to move. Put him in check and he will make the next move to checkmate you.

Your hands can speak louder than words. There’s the old adage that when a woman plays with her hair, she’s flirting. While this isn’t always true, most people will interpret it as exactly that. On that note, use your hand to play with your hair, twirling it as you hang your head downward, casually glancing up at the guy you’ve set your sights on. Watch his next move. If he does not show interest, try bringing your fingers up to your lips as you bite down gently bringing the lip inward, expressing a “hum’ like emotion.

If you want to attract the lads, learn how to use those legs. Men love a nice looking pair of pins, so be sure that the lad you are interested in gets the opportunity to see your stuff. When sitting, cross your legs over and slightly kick one or the other leg back and forth. If all else fails, try bending over and picking up a napkin you dropped; as you bend your head up, peer in his direction with a half-face grin.

A casual smile can send a message too. If you find a guy that takes your interest, give him a shot of those pearly whites. Although remember: you are not peering into a camera about to say, “Cheese!” Use a genuine smile, and relax.
