Tragedy comes to every home at some time. Can a marriage survive these tragedies? Learn to triumph over tragedy saving your marriage.
It is not the tragedy that is so important, it is how you face and solve these situations which will come. Sickness, accidents, and death are simply a part of life and will arrive at everyone’s door from time to time.
Some families appear to hardly ever experience the snags of life while others appear to be "accident prone". For the one that tragedy seems to be a frequent visitor or perhaps it even feels like tragedy has taken up residence in the home sometimes take the attitude "whatever will be will be". This simply is not true.
Some of the tragedies in life can be avoided with a little caution, planning, and choosing to take a higher road in life. But even then tragedy still comes to all but we can prepare for them.
Tragedies that can come to a marriage
• Loss of work
• Death of a child
• Handicapped child
• Childlessness
• Serious Illness or Accident
• Death
• Divorce
Each of life’s tragedies bring a hard blow and challenge to the relationship. How can the couple face these with triumph.
Some tragedies can be planned for in advance by saving money, having insurance, and working on your marriage to prevent divorce.
Other tragedies can not be planned for and must be handled with care and concern as they occur. Holding tightly together rather than placing blame or what if’s in front of the situation can make a difference in being triumphant.
These things will not be easy to go through but with the strength of each partner it can be done. The couple should seek some outside professional help during the times of tragedy saving their marriage with triumph.
