Is Network Marketing a real business? Many people ask that very question to themselves and to other people. This question is asked very often due mostly to the fact that it is so cheap and easy to get into business. I will go into it in further details, however let me just give you the fast answer. The short answer is Yes it is. Network Marketing is basically just a way of doing business. A method of distributing products and services to the market place by paying affiliates and or representatives to do so instead of paying more in advertising. Now here are just a few questions to ask yourself about a certain company that you may be interested in partnering with as a rep to determine whether its legit or not.
-
Does your company have a real office your home office where they can be contacted? Every company should have a place of business where they can be contacted. This does not need to be a real fancy big huge building, but at least a place of contact by phone, email, and regular mail.
-
Does your company have a viable product or service that would add value to the market place? This is very important. Your company must have a real product that adds value. If your company does not have a real valuable product you run the risk of selling hot air being accused of being a scam.
-
Does your company have open communications for support? It is very important to have open lines of support for representatives in the company. This can be as simple as email, phone, or help desk.
-
Does your company have a compliance department? This is important so that you know everyone will abide by the terms and conditions as well as the company itself following the proper guidelines. Over all yes Network Marketing is a real business. Network Marketing can be fun, exciting, and very rewarding in both time freedom and financial freedom when you get involved with a decent company.
