The sealer is easy to apply onto your concrete foundation, and it will help extend the life of the surface. The sealer is a simple chemical wash that in many regards is similar to paint. The sealant is normally inexpensive, so you do not have to worry about spending an excessive amount of money on this product. Use a brush to apply the sealant on to the concrete, instead of trying to pour it directly onto the surface.

Remember that you should apply a concrete sealer to your concrete if you want it to last over time. If you do not, then you may run into trouble in years to come when the water wears down the concrete and causes severe structural problems due to the weakness of the foundation.
