Aging is inevitable and it freaks out everyone. It is definitely everybody’s enemy because whether we like it or not it comes to us. Aging degenerates our physical and mental functions. In other words, it restricts us in doing the things we used to do. It also allows us to be forgetful. Memory gaps are really annoying.

Forgetfulness does not bring goodness to all of us because it can bring us to things we never expect to happen. I don’t think your lover will be happy if you fail to greet him or her during anniversaries or birthdays. Well, be sure to ready your best alibi with that. Also expect to hear those nags and dull moments. One of our worst enemies is memory gap. Think about being late at an important business meeting. Can you picture out what might going to happen? I’m sure you will be given notices or memorandums on that big mistake you just did. Clients might pull out on the deal because you fail to arrive at the exact meeting time because you forget it. Much worst if you are going to be fired! Corporate managers will not have second thoughts in firing a forgetful employee because he can no longer be the firm’s asset.

Personally, memory gaps can degrade your charm and appeal to everyone. It can also lessen a person’s trust. To fight back or lessen the occurrence of being forgetful be sure to know the signs. If you feel like your alert level is reduced and you are confused then you’ll start to forget what you are supposed to do. That’s the first sign of memory gap. You should bear in mind this kind of phenomenon may even lead to major mental problem.

A perfect way to keep you from being forgetful is through your creativity. Use different scrapbooking supplies to remind you on the activities you need to do in a specific day. Create mini bulletins on your room or office to post your reminders. You can use post it papers to jot down little notes at your mini bulletin. I suggest to use colorful or neon post it notes because those are catching to the eyes. You can also make a calendar of important events. Highlighters or colorful markers can pull your attention making you less forgetful. To highlight your calendar, use glitters or stickers. If you keep your self busy then your cognition will improve. However, being too much busy is not good, therefore there must be moderation. Too much of something will definitely bad.

Using scrapbook supplies can decrease the occurrence of memory loss. Visit a website about scrapbook papers to find out more.
