Before anything else, I would like to ask you to stop anything you are doing at this moment. Now, please pay attention and focus on your thoughts. Okay, so can you now tell me what kinds of thoughts are within your mind at this hour? How can you describe your thoughts? Are they empowering and positive thoughts or disempowering and negative thoughts? Imagine you’re walking along the streets with these thoughts. You think that some people with whom you come in close contact with will be able to tell what is on your mind? Well, definitely not. These people have the least idea (or no idea at all) of what exactly you are thinking.

Nevertheless, they could perceive the aura you give off. That is why in life, you have to constantly build a positive attitude because it is a huge contributing factor in the entire performance of yourself. Our thoughts are very strong and powerful. They may one way or another affect your whole attitude as a human being. In fact, one of the major elements in accomplishing a remarkable life and success in any chosen field is greatly based on your frame of mind. Whether you possess a negative or positive attitude, just like a clear mirror, it unveils on each facets of your life, may it be professional or personal.

Generally, it is proven or recognized that positive thoughts tend to be lively and produce an animated effect on the people that carries it as much as the persons they encounter with. On the other hand, negative thinking vibrates a weakening effect on the one bearing such thoughts as much as on some other people. It is obvious in our encounters with various people that a positive attitude draws and attracts individuals toward us as opposed to a negative attitude that drives them away. This negative vibes precisely has an opposite effect. Concentrating on the negative side of things around you will exude a not-so-good perception that will absolutely result in negative attitude if not properly addressed.

On the contrary, a positive attitude is determined by a healthy self-image. You simply can’t help it but people that gravitate around you feel more comfortable, self-assured and confident when you are. Indicating and choosing that you must focus instead on the right things, it will guide as a positive and optimistic stimulus and is certainly powerful to your building and enhancing a positive outlook. Some tips on building a positive attitude. 1) Interact with people which possess a positive attitude. You do not want to be associated with pessimistic people that will drown tour spirits. 2.) Define and concentrate on the perfect result.

When you visualize on reaching your goals, it will radiate inside and it will naturally show on the outside. 3.) Develop your self esteem through Christ’s word. 4.) Create a solution-oriented frame of mind. 5.) Set and formulate your goals and have a plan in achieving them. 6.) Build your self-image through God 7.) Always, always have a positive and happy thinking about things.
